2101 Patton Avenue

These offices and storage buildings fall outside the historic residential section of McCrorey Heights. The one-story structures were constructed for the City of Charlotte in 1969 – 70 in connection with the Vest Waterworks across Patton Avenue. The complex was designed by the prolific engineering/architecture firm of J.N. Pease Associates of Charlotte and built by Laxton Construction.
